Fry pans are most often seen with one long stick handle here, we replace that with two practical side handles, for a more convenient transition from stovetop to oven and tabletop. We also add a lid, so you can cook spinach and leafy greens in their own water, or simmer proteins, mushrooms and veg on low heat after browning. Saut fresh healthy greens or shallow fry chicken, fish and vegetables in this naturally low sticking pan.
