Inspired by a Shoji Kamoda artwork characterised by its tension filled linear pattern, this is interpreted in ELEMENTS by cutting heavyweight, slub textured organic cotton fabric into small sections and then sewing them together using thick threads, lending the seams a three dimensional feel. The garments are then completed in Okayama, a region in Japan
