Gentle Hands The base beer was brewedA mixture of our escarpment foraged yeast and bacteria, and those naturally occurring on the skins of organic nectarines courtesy of Produce from Orange. A sour beer with strong nectarine upfront and a dry finish with hints of citrus and grapefruit. Total ageing time 18 months 9 months in French oak Bottle Conditioned ABV. 6. 4% 268 bottles produced
