Brokenwood Rosato 2023 Non Vintage indeed even velvetyThis is a sophisticated bone dry ros, predicated on using sangiovese and nebbiolo to give the wine an inherent savouriness, depth and length of flavour. The palate belies the simplicity of its pale pink appearance, delivering a cleansing yet satisfying experience with subtle red berry fruit kissed by lemon sherbert and watermelon. The fruit was partially crushed by foot stomping, then the juice and skins steeped overnight then pressed. Most of the
