With Rattan handle wrapping and lacquered it with several layers of Urushi

crafted with the utmost care and precision

Okada Orihi・岡田・Restored Vintage Japanese Straight Razor ・ Kamisori with original box 30ml approximately in the 1970sA vintage Meiji period orihi type kamisori crafted by an unknown maker. Restored by us to exceptional sharpness and shave ready condition. We removed the old handle wrapping, removed the rust and restored it to the original look and feel. The box was fallen apart as well, we also restored it to full functionality. Inside we found a paper sheet that we will keep together with the Kamisori. It contains some scribbled notes from the time. A very historic
