Words like zesty and even feisty are often used to describe this all tank, super snappy fresh, 100% Hondarrabi Zuri from Zarautz in the Basque Region of Spain. I has plenty of bite and vigor, with green stone fruit and citrus dusted with crushed salty seashell and lifted by a touch of spritz. Must have been some dog. A tail wagger of a wine.
