I found the artifact count to be quite high (17) for a deck that doesnt really provide any artifact synergy, and because of this, the precon only seemed to have room for one enchantment

Certainly playable but rarely outstanding

The only experience I have with the Pokmon Trading Card Game is with the Game Boy Color game, back in the 2000s

The real fun comes when you pair it with extra combat spells like Seize the Day or Aggravated Assaultsuddenly you chain attacks, refill your hand, and stockpile even more mana, turning one hit into a potentially game-ending loop

That said, fast mana tends to offer fixing as well, so its not unreasonable to try him out
