In my opinion this is an above average BREAK Pokemon card from the Evolutions set
As if that isn't good enough, it can even destroy any monster in your hand or field as a quick effect (something Dinosaurs want to happen)
There are also new "Supreme King" Pendulum Monsters, including one of which can add any card that mentions "Supreme King Z-ARC" from your Deck to your hand
