This is a broad black strap with a brass ring at each end a brass buckle at the top

These spurs have slightly downturned necks with bulbous ends which hold small pointed rowels

It  probably dates from the late 19th or early 20th century

There are some holes and a tear in the lining on the flask side of the lining

There are two small dings to the silver near the join

The arms and straight necks of the spurs have cast decoration in the form of roses, thistles and shamrocks. The rowels are similarly decorated, the edge of one rowel has worn smooth .
