They come with different abilities that either help with mana fixing or cost you something in returnlike returning a land to your owners hand, paying life, or sacrificing the land for extra mana

As soon as the job select triggered ability resolves, it creates the token and the equipment immediately auto-attaches to the token without giving priority to anybody (not even you!)

This is where people tend to start playing and it's a good time overall
