This is a Chardonnay aged for almost 36 months in old oak barrels. The perfume is unmistakably that of the flor yeast influence, but its not dominating the wine entirely. Fino and Chardonnay lovers will be content to find in abundance roasted peanuts, chamomile tea, apples, peaches, white flowers, brine, green walnuts, and freshly baked sourdough. It has an
