We roast this blend to draw out hints of cocoa, hazelnut, and a smooth body. We serve Emilia every day in our downtown Wenatchee caf as our primary espresso. It's a sweet, delicate espresso designed for straight shots and small drinks, but it is excellent in any brew method.
